A Loan for My Dream House

November 30th, 2009

A Loan for My Dream House photoMy Mom is right; I must never doubt her. Since my marriage last year, my wife and I have both been fed up with three-time flat removals. This really annoyed anything in living the day. Once we moved to a new flat, we had to rearrange our equipments into the available rooms, and it took more than three days until everything was in order. There are many excuses which made us both have to get another and another flat to live, again and again. Then, this was it.

My Dad‘s friend offered him a nice small house by the city entrance. I had seen it many times on my way to go to and come back from work, and I had a little interest in it at that time. My wife apparently agreed with me if we were to take the house. This means that we didn’t have to move again and again.

The main thing to consider was that we had a very limited financial support to get the house. If we had to buy it completely with our financial provision, I didn’t know whether we could fulfill daily necessity for the other days. And then my Mom came with her advice to get a home loan. I know the good loan service my parents always refer to for years. They applied some loans to this agency for my school, my motorcycle, my father’s car and some other things. They seem to trust this loan provider, and I guess I have to. I never apply for a loan in my life, but this is the time for me to try one. I don’t think I have to prove how this will burden me during the loan period; I just have to refer to my parents’ experience.

Ok, since I am ready, and my wife does not seem to have problem with it, let’s get the house!

Gaining More on Credit Score

November 27th, 2009

One thing that never had in my mind of having several credit cards is that I still could make use from the use of the card. How could it be? I always think that all I have done with the credit cards is always a spending of money.

Gaining More on Credit Score photoNo, a friend of mine said, the more I use my credit cards, I could gain free credit score. Is it? Gee, I didn’t know that. How could it work? And how much I could earn the score?
Well, my questions are not that simple. I must realize that my account to which my credit cards refer must be ‘healthy’ and of course the account must never be in debt. Or when I am using the credit cards, it is recommended that I have enough budgets to pay back the credit used. My friend said that when these all basic requirements are completed, I hence could ask for the registration for the free credit score.

Apparently, there are some credit card providers and facilitators that have already calculated and accumulated all points and score anytime the credit card owner uses his or her card. He or she will never know until the credit card facilitator informs him about how much the accumulated credit scores have been so far. We could also check for the update from the mobile or other media services that the facilitators provide. This is all I am supposed to know.
