Licit Mark is Needed

Licit Mark is Needed photoI don’t feel fine, though, but he really must return to the shop and get the bill of receipt stamped. It is always our office policy to get any bills of receipt legally stamped; licit mark is needed as confirmation that the transaction is completed. Without one, boss would consider that there is no transaction and it means terrible things for us. And perhaps this is what the Office Boy does not understand and neglects the bill.

Buying several self inking stamps this morning could solve the problem since the recent stamps are all out of ink. Three inking stamps are not giving good result on paper, and it is actually the reminder for us to get them refilled. As a matter of fact, refilling the stamps would be a good idea; however, boss considers on having some new ones. Two or three of the new stamps would be brought to the new office downtown. The new office was just opened three weeks ago but the work process there is already begun. The new office will focus mostly on selling and functions as showroom rather than a center of trading. Boss himself will stay in the new office for several weeks until things are well organized there.

In the meantime, since the Office Boy takes the new stamps back to the stationary shop, I still could use the office rubber stamps. There is no difference between them just the rubber has already worn out and quite thin to use. The mark printed on the paper is barely clear, but the main signature of the boss and the name of our company are readable. This stamp is the oldest one we have for more than twelve years of the age of this company itself. The logo of our company is changed for three times but legitimating of the mark is still functional. Well, however, we use the old rubber stamp just in a very urgent situation.
