I surely don’t want to contradict with my mom though what I am going to do is really for me and from my own money. However, the houses offered by the last three catalogs are really outstanding and really make me hesitate to decide. Though only images of the housing prototypes I could see on each catalog but I know the areas are in excellent neighborhood to live in.
The catalog on my hand is about an Ontario Real Estate. The types and models houses provided and detailed in the brochure are unique, stylish but minimalist. The size of each house type offered is not pretty large but it is enough for single person, career person or small family. This is actually the style of living place I wish to have, but my mom has different idea about that.
Mom told me that her close friend lives with her daughter who has raised the family well and they all settle in Kitchener Real Estate for more than 3 years of comfort and peace. I know the place because few months ago Mom took me there for a short visit. I myself don’t deny that the place is indeed comfortable. There are plenty of trees along the sidewalks as well as in the house gardens. The green of grass in the empty space on every three house-in-row makes everything so natural. However, I also still consider on my place of working distance and the strength of my budget.
I met some York Reagion Real Estate agents last week when I was doing some shopping in the city mall. They politely and helpfully showed me a brochure of housing plants at York Region. I know a little about this place. My Dad used to tell me that York is an interesting place to visit because of its beautiful panorama and cool weather. Some areas there are good for planting flowers and gardening. My Dad once stayed in the region for more than five months during his duty assignment in York region so he knew much about the place. I guess I can’t agree with him more about that; nevertheless, I am not really sure if the place is good enough for a personal living, and I also have no idea if the facilities are compatible if I settle there. I perhaps must find out more about this York region.
